My kids love Indian food and the staff fed them happily. The best of Varanasi hospitality. The rooms are massive. Property is small but that’s to be expected when located on the ghats I suppose. The only tip is not using the gully in the back to go to Kashi Vishwanath - it was disgusting. Take the hotel boat if you don’t mind...

"This is a new family-owned property and they are really kind and wonderful people. Very well situated, nice restaurants right across the main street (the location is slightly down a quaint alley past a small temple), and you can walk to Dasaswamadh Ghat in 5 minutes. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for the property is that all rooms are located on the first floor adjacent to the check-in desk so it can get a little bit noisy at times.
