" Great property!! Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...

"A few days before arrival, we were sent an email containing instructions for the property. These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. Arrival was fairly smooth, following the instruction sheet. The exterior of the house was somewhat worn, with sections of missing gutter, worn paint, and loose entry steps. "This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, cozy fireplace, spacious private surroundings, the BEST claw foot bathtubs, mountain and star views magnificent! We had 12 people and the home’s size afforded us all plenty of privacy. Great stove in kitchen. Plenty of firewood stacked. Off grid living was cool! No TVs! Such a needed break from the seasonal chaos! Highly recommend ❤️"

"Wonderful stay here in Ticonderoga for a family wedding! The property was charming. The front porch was so welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The house seemed to be recently renovated, and with very good taste. Good parking, very clean, modern roomy kitchen, comfortable, cozy living room, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee on the back deck. Highly recommend this lovely property!"

"I loved this place. It's a rustic cottage with all the amenities. It was near the university so it was easy to go back and forth. It was clean and cozy, tucked away in the foliage. The host and hostess were very accommodating and responsive. I hope to stay here again next year. "
