"I was somewhat concerned there was no onsite front desk/staff available but this proved to be a non-issue. The key code was expected to arrive via email the day before our arrival but was sent the day after the reservation was made which was 5 days before arrival I believe it was. They did follow-up with 2 emails after we received the key code with contact information to use if the code had not been received.
