"The check-in was fine. Continental breakfast was minimum. I didn't realize it was basically a motel in each room was on the first floor only on the parking lot side. I had a Service dog with me. She's traveled everywhere with me and there was something in that room that scared her, and I couldn't calm her down. I don't know if it was something in the rugs or what."

"1.) The pool was closed and there was nothing on the website or expedia
2.) The AC was not turned on in the room in anticipation for a Customer. It was a 95+ degree day and the room was stifling and took multiple hours to become comfortable.
3.) Access to the internet was not well done and did not follow standard hotel processes for gaining access,
