"I felt unsafe, so many people hanging around. My room was not clean. The tub was dirty,I tried to take a shower, the water was would not draining out. And lest not forget the room , that was not clean. Let not forget the sheets with blood stains. Someone boot prints in the floor. I could not sleep. I had the worst night. I had even ask for a refund and he said sorry we don’t do refunds. So I had to worst night. I have pictures of the room. Just nasty!!!"

"It was frustrating checking in using a kiosk. It took longer than a normal check in. The room had a terrible smell that hit you as soon as you opened the door. Very poor air quality that set my allergies off. The room was dusty and the floors were dirty and sticky. The coffee and ice containers were dirty with what appeared to be bug droppings. We needed a quick stop and place to sleep while traveling. Very disappointed"
