"We loved the property! Lush, green hiking trails with ponds and a farm, right behind the hotel. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was meticulously maintained. One evening, I witnessed a hotel employee doing an inspection of the pool and even ran his hand over every Adirondack chair around the pool area. I quizzed him, of course. "The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was.
Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation.
Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

"Great hotel. Absolutely beautiful. Front desk service was excellent. The concierge very unpleasant. That’s the only down side of the place. Restaurants was great, and it’s close to everything. Rooms was very clean."

"The facility is beautiful, but there is no visibility of staff. We had several mechanical issues with dishwasher, washing machine and the Internet. We were able to resolve the Internet issue. But the dishwasher was never fixed during the four nights we stayed and our clothes. Locked in the washer. We could not get anyone to come and fix so we had to leave our items there. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to retrieve my belongings."
