"This place is absolutely horrible. Everything is so rundown and dirty. And the staff would not even refund us our money. I felt completely unsafe."

"Clean room, nice staff"

"My first room was cleaner than my second room. I usually do a thorough check of the bedding. My second room had several long human hair strands on the pillows, sheets, and comforter. There were crumbs of potato chips left under the desk and around one of the beds. Crumbs of some sort under the bathroom sink vanity. Overall, the room wasn't bad. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was so so."

"The staff on duty could speak English. I did not have to guess what she was saying while being helpful and very polite."

"I drove from New York to Indiana to help my son relocate for work. We booked one night because we were gonna leave out the next day. And then we ended up staying 2 nights, just to get some unfinished Things done before we left. It was super easy, went to the front desk. They rebooked me in the same room. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very helpful, extra towels. Anything we needed every time we walked by the front desk coming and going we were asked again, how everything was, if there needed...

"Everything was perfect. The room was large and comfortable for all 5 of us. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had. It had a lot of options. Friendly staff and clean."
