"Me and my family enjoyed the location with alot of surrounding places to eat sit in end of street park or courtyard. Internet work weel with all of devices. Bed was cimfotable with plenty of closet space. Parking on street is safe. Building is quiet and has free laundry. Definitely a restay as they are refreshing apartments and will definitely stay again."

"I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. "

"The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER"

"The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Hot water was a problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Since you advertise a yard, there should be something of interest in it. Perhaps that happens outside the winter months. Excellent value."
