"We always love the relaxing ambience that the large open atriums have. The room was clean and always nice to have the space and amenities. Breakfast as always is a very big reason I will accrue Hilton Honors points here every time !
The only real criticism isn’t terrible but since I had restaurant management experience , I understand staffing issues , and the headaches that food service presents. So my professional advice is get that poor chef on the omelet station some help ! It is always worth waiting for but spent valuable time I could have spent with my wife , waiting in line that could be alleviated in a couple of ways. One … get him some help if he is gonna be preparing alone. He was doing a lot of other tasks besides just cooking the omelettes , that could have been done by one of the 3 ladies filling the buffet . It doesn’t need 3. You assign 1 person per side of the buffet to own and keep up with , while letting the 3rd person do whatever he needs … stocking , cleaning, taking orders and prepping for him so he can crank out omelettes faster. That and for goodness sake … only 4 small burners to do 4 omelettes at a time is NOT efficient for the volume he had today! Also … skip the unneeded extras like avocado toast, that honestly is not as much in demand.
But HE did an excellent job and my omelette was done with perfection !"
