Our flight was delayed unexpectedly and they graciously extended our stay at the same rate at which we booked. A time that could have easily became a disaster; but thanks to the staff at this property- they ensured it was nothing less than pleasant & made sure we were comfortable in the midst of travel chaos! The lack of an office and the check-in being totally virtual were a first for me and a bit challenging although the woman who did it possibly was working in India and was very patient. "
