"The hotel was clean. It is an older facility and as clean as possible. The breakfast area is small and dated. The pool was featured on the website but there was no mention that it wasn't currently open. The pool area, visible from the breakfast area revealed an empty pool and an unkept pool area. The bathroom faucet was very loose. I reported that and a work order was entered. There were no sugar free condiment options for the breakfast (and I did ask). Diabetics, be aware and bring your own. "The room was clean and spacious. The shuttle service from the airport was quick and super friendly. We had a great greeting, around 11:00 pm from multiple staff members. They were very friendly and informative. In the morning there was a gentleman working the breakfast who was restocking so fast we didn’t have a chance to miss having anything!"

"No the kitchen does not come fully equipped and staff doesn't advise of this. Last stay, knob for hot water in shower was not working and it took almost 20 minutes to configure. Staff starts calling room early in the morning WAY before checkout time"

"Upon arrival the front desk was helpful and informative. The lobby had many quick foods, drinks and amenities for sell. The room was extremely clean and had all types of amenities. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again."
