"Super easy to check in. Beautiful location. Quiet. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. It usually takes me a few nights to get good sleep; not here slept like a baby on night one. We had everything we needed to cook full on dinners. You are so close to the Ark you can see it from the back porch. Owners are great people and great communicators. I didn't have any issues just a few questions and Charlie was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!"

"It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not."

"Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food."

"CLEAN AND BUG & SMOKE FREE. I would recommend this location.
Great Location was perfect for The ARK and Creation Museum. It was also a perfect location for local restaurants and gas stations. Close ot the interstate too. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Was given great instructions and had communication with the managers. Things to consider: The bathroom is not really big for disabled folks, and the beds are memory foam type and were a little lower than we would have liked."
