On arrival we were greeted and checked in swiftly and professionally. The room, however, was not the one we had booked originally, after a call to front desk, and Tommy the GM, intervention we were allocated another room. Matthew, who has recently started at the hotel, helped us with our luggage, and even arranged and brought a microwave up to our room, he was pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble. Our room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave. Kudos to this hotel for...

Clean, comfortable room. The hotel is set back from the busy road so is quiet.
Unfortunately the onsite restaurant bar wasn't open when we were there, apparently due to staffing issues. To go to the Texas Roadhouse directly across the road it was a 15-20 minute walk as there are no close pedestrian crossings.

This was one of the best motels we stayed in during our trip (out of 9 places). Large modern room, clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of easy parking. Would definitely recommend. Roswell itself (including the International UFO museum) was dull and dreary - we were hoping for something more entertaining given the town's reputation for alien visitation.
