"Bugs everywhere. Looks nothing like the photos. The webpage mentioned a pool and jacuzzi, but neither were available. They didn’t appear to have been used in months, empty and full of crap (according to the kids). On arrival, I waited for 10 minutes for assistance. The janitorial staff stopped and got us help. We got as far as the room, then immediately turned around and left. The manager was quick to help us check out and refund our money at that point. They seemed to not be surprised by our reaction and reason for leaving."
