"Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??"

"Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend as part of trip to take grandson on Williams Polar Express. Staff were great. Condo was part of a resort that had golfing, a pool, mini gold and a rec room with refreshments. So, lots of positives. Facilities were clean, but aging. Kitchen was well stocked, but trying to cook a Thanksgiving meal was a bad idea; just too small of a kitchen area. Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. King bed in one room was okay, but the 2 twin beds in the other were terribly...
