"Quite clean, just a few bugs. Plenty of towels, better than expected in a national park. Our room was a mile from the lobby, so keep your luggage in the car when you check in. Lobby is close to blue route, great location!"

"The room was clean. The room had everything i needed. When I walked in it smelled like a little bleach. I spilled some food in my room and a maid cleaned it up right away. Parking was very near to the room and all the rooms are on the first floor. There are hardly any stairs."

"The check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The biggest downside was the concierge (timeshare presentation that guests are pressured to attend.) After a long day of travel, we found the sales pitch intrusive and unproductive. We would have preferred a simpler check-in experience that doesn't include a guilt trip and false promises. Our unit was spacious and generally clean, but many features felt dated and showed significant wear. The bed was uncomfortable, some fixtures and doors...

"I stayed in a nice suite by the creek. It was clean and comfortable. The property is not well maintained with even mildew in the pool. The pool is small and not very pleasant. The property is bellow a shopping street, you need the valet to golf cart u up. They were great about doing that. Long corridors with steps to get to the room. Ok hotel."
