"Beautiful setting, nice restaurants/good food. We got a great rate for our room; they were good enough but dated. Huge gift shop, but expensive. No way to get snacks or beverages except at the restaurant/bar after gift shop closed. We could not find a vending machine that worked. All buildings have 2 floors, but have no elevators. Cash not accepted, credit card only. About 15 minutes to Page, or most activities. Must purchase a $30 pass to get into the park to use during the stay. Overall nice place. Would probably stay again. "

"Since the hotel got 4 stars we stayed in a suite because i thought it woud make up for the 4 stars.. The room was great but we didnt have the internet since there was some kind of switch casualty and a tech from flagstaff had to come out. To compensate they gave me my dog fee back. If you are going to stay here, i recommend staying in the main part of the hotel. It is very beautiful and has in door hot tub and resturants etc.. the gift shop is very good a well!"

"It is not what they show on the website more of a motel in a creepy outlet kind of vibe the fridge is loud as heck the pool is locked the beds have black dots on them… wasn’t risking bed bugs I had to rent a different hotel and they make theirs non refundable I’m guessing because so many people don’t want to stay there."
