"The staff were not professional at all, it smelled like pot in the lobby for check in. There was this homeless guy right across the driveway from our room with all his belongings talking really loud on the phone at 9:45pm and I asked the front desk person to ask him to stop. The staff didn’t seem to mind him sleeping on the property. The room is in poor condition, the bas boards are in very bad shape so are the doors. The vanities are torn up as well. The last day before check out we thought we locked our key on our room so we went to the front lobby and nobody was there, it was 8:30am on 5-31-26 and we waited for another hr until I finally found the key in my car. There were so many angry customers it was so unprofessional. We left and I have no idea when the staff came. This was our 3rd time we stayed at the Blue Coast Inn and definitely our last time, never again!"
