"Great location. Very welcoming. Housekeeping was excellent, super pleasant. Place is very clean. There was a gas leak one morning, staff communicated via text, knocks on doors and a phone call. Super impressed. Easy access to the beach. Pool was clean as well. "

"This was just a great place to stay! Very convenient (and walkable) to lots of places to eat. Rooms were clean and simple and perfect. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff we met, Billy and Braedon, were very friendly and helpful and provided us with loads of information—guiding us to come back!! The other staff in the office were super friendly and helpful too. We are so glad life afforded us to come to Avon and stay at the Avon Motel!! "

"Staff was friendly and the room was as described or better. Keep in mind this is an older facility, however appears to be maintained and upgraded much nicer than others in the area I have stayed at recently. I would definitely stay again."
