"This place is so run down! The only good thing about it is the river view. We came at 2 pm to see if we could check in and immediately was greeted with a rude check in is at 4. First impressions matter and that was terrible. Our toilet kept running itself every 2 minutes. They tried fixing it which I appreciate but it didn't solve the problem completely. Could barely open/close balcony door. Walking into the room, there was nats and other bugs all around the staircase up to the room. There was...

"We were really frustrated by the mice in the room. They were scurrying around during the night and we were unable to sleep. I found some mouse droppings near the door as well. We left the property at 5 am since we were so grossed out. I let the staff know and he seemed to dismiss my concern. Pretty scarred from the situation and will never come back."
