"Rooms were a very nice size. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was very quiet. Both rooms had a balcony and a nice view to the beach which we loved. One of the rooms though had a bad uneven mattress which wasn't very confortable to sleep in. Although there was a "do not disturb" and "clean up" option button in the room, housekeeping ladies come in anyways, regardless of the chosen sign, which, for us, wasn't a problem. "The hotel was basic but beds very comfy. clean sheets changed once towels a few times then we didn't have a clean I had to ask for a cleaner to clean it . Hot water plenty shower good we did have a bath mat then the last 3 days no mat water every where as the toilet is on the back wall of the shower so always wet. the room 109 was facing the street no sun at all I called it the Bronx side very noisey at night shouting m/bikes fireworks. If you face that side your sleep will be disturbed...
