"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. It is an older hotel, but it brought back so many good memories. Location was perfect! I will definitely come back again. Fair price for a fair stay. Breakfast was pretty lean, so suggest you pick up something to heat up because even the local restaurant was limited in selection. It is the closest hotel to the Carlsbad Caverns just a short drive up the canyon."

"Spacious parking lot, clean lobby. Room was spacious with a HUGE comfortable bed. Plenty of water pressure. The coffee maker was missing the tray and was therefore unusable. When I left, the door wouldn’t latch. You could just push it open. I notified the receptionist and manager. Room 116. "
