Not sure we liked the neighbors banging on the walls late at night. Only the guy who kept knocking on our door all night and morning was a bigger pain!

The staff were friendly Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet expectations.
Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that someone had been smoking cigarettes inside, as there was a noticeable smoke odor. Later, I dropped an AirPod and had to look underneath the bed to retrieveit. It appeared that the area under the bedhad not been cleaned in quite some time.
The biggest issue was the shower. It leaked water into the sleeping area next to the bed, soaking the carpet and leaving the room with a damp, musty smell.
Additionally, the lockbox on the door was damaged, with exposed wires visible. Although it still functioned properly for locking and unlocking the door, exposed wiring is asafety concern and should be repaired.
Overall, the condition and maintenance of the room significantly impacted my stay.

The receptionist was kind. I had a hard time understanding her English, partly because a fan was going, but she would repeat herself if I said I didn't understand. The room was newly painted and looked good. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was the min- fridge was turned to its coldest setting, yet barely cooled any at all. The air conditioner turned itself on and off. Over all it was an ok place to stay.

Housekeeping do a very good job maintaining room. Front office staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable and AC worked well. The refrigerator needs to be replaced, it wasn’t that cool. Just be aware that this is a busy motel. Lots of commotion at night and during the day.

Terrible stay

The door wouldn't open properly and had to be slammed to shut. There were roaches in the bathroom area. The flooring was uneven and caused me to trip. The tv remote batteries didn't work so they gave me used ones from a personal remote. The remote also didn't work properly, like the power button

When I arrived they didnt have my room and "Upgraded" me to a "Queen" (which was really a full size) from a king, then refused to allow me to get my refund because " I walked away from their upgrade" so how is a smaller room a upgrade? And why am i liable for that when they had 3 weeks to warn me they wouldnt keep the room for me? And on top of that the room had waterstains climbing a foot up the wall in room 121. So still waiting on the rest of my $70. Its worth $20 to stay across the street if youre reading this. Youll get good breakfast and better customer service and above all a safer room. Wish i took photos but i was just planning to leave and get a refund. Btw they approved it to my face, but when Expedia called they denied and blamed me. There where i got the quote
