Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. They gave us Breakfast vouchers for a complimentary breakfast menu of a variety of tasty choices to pick from to eat at the restaurant attached to the Hotel. Their Lunch Hamburgers were also delicious reasonably priced.

Outdated, which is fine but when the carpet is filthy beyond cleaning and the room window could be pushed in with not much force and there is no safety latch on the door, I can't give it excellent. Staff was really nice and breakfast was great. Safety was a little sketch.

The facility was clean, pretty, and well kept. The pool was closed for the stay. The pet fee was higher than what was listed on Expedia, receptionist said they raised their rates. I asked for late check out and was told it would be 1 pm and that there was an extra fee which i agreed to pay, but then when it was time for regular check out staff was knocking and calling me to see if i was going to leave at 1110. The restaurant on site was very good and there is a good range of options for the included hot breakfast.

Good spot .. good food

Really nice stay.. if anything the fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy.. ended up taking a lamp and put it in the bathroom so didn't have to turn on the fan to see.. While we were there the pool was shut down for service but it did look nice .. Otherwise, on site restaurant had good food. Breakfast came with room.. 👍👍

The room served its purpose for a 1 night stay. The pool was unavailable and the pictures shown are definitely enhanced. Kudos to the cleaners, they did a great job in the aged property.

Excellent Hotel

This is a great place to stay - I travel for business a hundred and fifty days a year. I have stayed at several other locations in the Artesia market over the years and this one is the best!

Everything was good except the pool was out of commission and had been for at least three months the staff said. That is the reason we chose this hotel, wish it would have said that somewhere on their website!

Good location however, the pool currently is out of order which was frustrating as we were staying with two young teenage children for 3 nights and the pool was one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel. We would’ve cancelled, but we were only told when checking in. Breakfast is cooked to order takes around 30 minutes, so if you’re in a rush, keep this in mind. However, it’s good and probably worth the wait.

Nice staff, decent location, clean. However, we choose this facility because of the indoor pool which WAS NOT available. It would have been nice to be notified or have our price reduced for the inconvenience. It was 95* and a pool would have been refreshing.
