"Room was clean. Staff was adequate. The price was perfect, until we found out that they charge for parking. Not only do they have absolutely NO parking, the only option is valet as you approach the front entry. I left my keys with the attendant who didn't share any costs with me. I checked in where the front desk associate DID NOT share any valet parking costs with me. The hotel took a $100 "security deposit" which I was told I'd get back assuming we didn't do anything that would count against it. It's not until our second day, when I was picking up our car form the valet attendants that I thought, "how is this parking being paid for if it does indeed cost anything". I went to the front desk only to find out they charge $52 per night to valet your vehicle!!!!! If your'e staying for 2 nights you'll actually end up owing about $3.50 extra after your $100 "security deposit" is eaten completely up[ for parking alone. EXTRAORDINARILY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!! These facts should be FONT AND CENTER when both reserving a room and when checking in. They should be completely transparent with costs, especially ones that will costs customers $52 per night!! It should actually start with the valet attendants. Assuming they are aware of the costs, they ABSOLUTELY should inform customers UP FRONT what their investment will be for the valet service!!! EXTREMELY disappointing."
