"The room we’re in the air conditioning didn’t work we didn’t have a good night sleep. I think it is very unprofessional that when you issue out the rooms you don’t do a daily routine and check everything out before renting the room out. We were very uncomfortable and we spent out money like everyone else but we didn’t have a working air conditioning like everyone else did."

"The rooms are spacious and nice. The furniture is outdated and one of our ACs leaked and the carpet was soaked. There was some leftover trash on the floor. The pool was nice and they had towels we could use. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Breakfast was the best we had on the trip."

"Stains on pillow cases. Rooms smelt musty. Bug and spiders ( large web behind bed). Flying bug under pillow. No pool. Bird poop on railings. Structures in need of repairs. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating."
