"Breakfast was made less pleasant by the TV set to FOX the whole time. No one was watching, so why even have it on? Similarly, when you walk in the door, the view right across from the front doors isn't the reception desk but the dining room where FOX news is still on. Does BW get paid to have this crap on all hours? (FWIW I don't think they should show left-leaning news, either.)"

"My husband is a disabled veteran. We were placed on the 4th floor and the elevator in the hotel was not working. We asked for a room on the lower floor but were told they could not accommodate us because we had already been in the room we were in. My husband had to walk 4 flights of stairs for 3 days. The washer and dryers were out of order, the orange juice machine was out of order and our room was disguisting. The bathroom had mold in it, the tiles were broke in the shower. I will never stay...

"Paid for a suite and got a regular room. Could not get refund because I booked through Expedia. Fairfield inn gave away my prepaid suite and put me in a standard room and compensated me by throwing me bags of chips from their overpriced food shelf. Will not do Expedia again and will not do Fairfield inn again. The clerk at Fairfield inn also did the same thing to my friend until he demanded a suite that he paid for and they gave him one after telling him one wasn’t available. The clerk lied to...

"The smell of weed and mold was horrible, definitely not somewhere to take a family , carpets were ripped and stained in room , we were checked in for 10 minutes and checked right back out dirtiest roms I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. Never will recommend or go back ."

"The elevators were broken, so you have to use the stairs half the time the other one hasn't worked in years. They need to get with the company and fix the elevators"

"The hotel was simply awesome. The entire property is renovated, even though it looks dated from the outside, it’s freshly painted and the interiors are ask brand new, stylish and well done. If you Are looking to stay around the stadiums, don’t hesitate to stay at the Caravan, you can’t get it wrong. Besides the property, which was perfect, the staff is top and the restaurant is great. Highly recommend"

"The room was overall very well-kept. The staff were helpful, although I wish that rooms were checked by cleaning staff daily due to very small trash cans. The breakfast was as expected, although the potatoes seemed a bit freezer burnt and not as hot as I would expect. The parking was sufficient. The pool was nice and warm and the property was generally quiet, even with a number of families staying. "The hotel smells terrible! The minute you walk in the doors the most pungent and overwhelming potpourri scent swallows you whole! It’s an instant headache if you’re sensitive to strong odors. Then…our room - the minute we opened the door we were hit in the face with the putrid smell of mildew. AND every time we flushed the toilet the overwhelming smell of sewage overtook the entire bathroom and entryway! The curtains were mildewed- and it cost us $158 to stay in this amazing place 🙃"

"this is the perfect Hotel if you 're going to see a game or show at the Cowboys' stadium. its's only about a mile walk The are is full with restaurant options and a short walk to the new Museum of National Medal of Honour. It's also an easy 25-35 min ride to DFW Finally, the hotel facilities, the breakfast and the Happy Hour is top of the line"
