"We arrived and we're notified that the hotel was closed and our room had been canceled. I asked what the reason was and they didn't tell me. I've never had this happen before. It was very poor customer service to spring that on customers. I'm not even certain if I'm receiving a refund. $200 on the rundown hotel was steep in my opinion then they went and left me with nowhere to stay."
