"The hotel is hands free as far as staff is concerned. Completely automated. They send an email with the room code as a room key to get into the room. We didn't talk to anyone. The room was quaint, clean, and comfortable. The bed was good. Very convenient to the places we went to on the area. Thank you."

"Overall enjoyed our stay. Booked one two queen bed room for three people for five nights. Room was a good size and comfortable, though the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad even by hotel standards. Staff was overall helpful. Our party was all under 21, and I booked this hotel because the listing on the hotels.com said the check in age was 18. However, the person checking us in told us that the rule was 21, but she would “make an exception” for us. I appreciate the exception if she really did have to make one, but would like to see the listing corrected if the accurate check in age is 21, as this could have severely derailed our plans if we couldn’t check in. On the day before we left, we asked the hotel to hold our bags the next day after checkout because our flight wasn’t until the evening, but we didn’t have a vehicle to store them in or anywhere else to put them. The staff member very kindly agreed to let us store them in the office and gave us an extra hour that day before checkout. The next morning, a different person was at the desk, and gave us a little attitude about the request and said they had nowhere to store the bags. She eventually agreed to let us leave them in the lobby for the three hours, though wasn’t very polite about it. The hotel room itself was clean and stocked with toiletries. We did not go in the pool/hottub as it appeared green and sometimes had foam that didn’t resemble normal hottub foam, though other patrons did use it. "
