"My wife and I drove down from Atlanta for a weekend getaway. We arrived early and was given a code so we could check in about an hour early. The code didn’t work. After multiple text and phone calls and leaving several messages, no response. After 3 1/2 hours we gave up and located somewhere else to stay. This cost us twice as much for a last minute place to stay. If they reimburse me I will do a follow up on this review."

"I had paid extra for an early check in, upon arrival, the door code did not work. The front desk said I needed to call the rental company, they were very helpful and quickly got us into the condo. We enjoyed our week long stay but did notice cabinets throughout the condo are very scuffed and worn, the shower curtain had what appeared to be stained with blood, the bedroom TV didn't work very well and even though we were thrilled they had a beach umbrella and beach chairs, most were broken and...

"Property was near beach as advertised but bnb was unkept and needed more attention to cleanliness. Towels were dingy and tables and furniture sticky. Also the bathrooms emitted an order of deep neglect. However the communication with the bnb staff Ms Mona was exceptional. "
