Kondominium di Kabupaten Escambia

"The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!!"

"My only thing is it said beach view but it wasn't the same one as in the photo. It was to the side. Yeah I still had a view but only half"

"Good location, easy check-in/out, nice screened in porch, pool, water views, washing machine. No pool towels, your given a to do list upon checkout: strip the bed & gather them & all used towels, take out the garbage to the outside cans, do not leave dirty dishes or food. While I agree with not leaving dirty dishes or food I don’t see why I have to strip the bed and take out the garbage. I’m being charged fees so this should be included with that. Lastly, this was a clean unit and property...

"We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon. The following day the chairs and umbrellas on the beach were picked up in advance of the storm. I was also told that day that the management ( Southern Vacations ) wanted ME to pick up the patio furniture and bring it inside and store it in my living room. If I wouldn’t do it, someone would come and do it. I called management and said I didn’t think it fair for me to pay full price and have no use of the patio AND have patio furniture stored in my living room. ...

"super great location and lovely access to the beach."

"The room was beautiful and clean and well stocked beautiful view and contactless. Would definitely choose this place again."

"Thought the property was a great location with Gulf and bay less than 200 yards apart. Booking process with Southern rental a little intrusive compared to most. Overall a great stay especially if you want to visit Fort Pickens during your stay."

"👍"

"Great location, wonderful view! Exceptional phone help from support number! Only problem: Consistent problem with key code - had to enter code numerous times to get in each time we left the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"It was terrible. They forced us to go in before the Hurricane and then Were kind enough the next day to force us to evacuate. Glad we didn’t listen to them as we would have been stranded. Not happy with Expedia or this hotel. No contact from anyone except form emails. Guess they don’t care about the people."

"Good location ! Not the cleanest ! Needs renovation immediately!"

"Loved the property’s access to the Beach. The property was really nice. My only complaint was the elevator! Only 1 working for a 18 floor building …was a nightmare getting to the apartment and leaving each day . I wouldn’t stay at this property again for this reason. The condo itself was great , but the hassle to come and go is not worth it to me…"

"Horrible experience. Photos weren’t updated with what I actually got. Company wasn’t helpful at all. Would not recommend. Pool closed our first day with no notice or reason."
