"We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Our room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. The cleaning staff stopped one door before ours on day two. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning staff was extremely busy and they would add us to the list for the evening and send someone up, yet no one ever showed. On day three they came into the room, picked up the trash I put by the door, collected the dirty towels I put by the door, and dropped off clean towels without cleaning the room,...

"The sheets and towels were discolored and worn out. The floors hadn't been vacuumed or mopped, and the shower curtain was dirty. The TV and telephone weren't working. On the plus side, the air conditioning was great, though the door had gaps we had to block with a towel, and the walls were thin. The staff were okay, and overall it was a comfortable stay. I heard they've been remodeling, but that's no excuse not to clean the rooms before giving them to guests. They could do better with new...

When we got to our room i put can sodas in the fridge and a half gallon of milk and i wen to grab a coke out of the fridge and it was still hot, and i noriced the fridge wasnt even plugged, also what really upset me was we ate pizza we had delivered and after we ate approximately an hour i flipped the top of the box open on the pizza and a cockroach was in our pizza!!
