"Everything was great! Staff was super kind. I wish there was a microwave available to use but that was my only complaint. Also on this site it says umbrella and towels are included but they’re not. You have to go thru a third party for a separate charge. But that company was very nice and helpful."

"The room had an awkward smell when entering, the hotel looked like a something from a 1974 movie. It needs to be updated."

"Location, beach, and staff were phenomenal. Only complaint was that the property seemed quite understaffed, especially with regards to housekeeping and by the front desk. The people that were there, however, were top notch and extremely helpful given how busy they were around the clock. Location is phenomenal and Pensacola beach is great! Overall a good trip."

"The bedroom was clean, and the carpet seemed new. The mini fridge was very tiny and down on the floor- so hard to load our cooler food and drinks into. The bathtub was dated and there was some mildew around the tub grab bars- mostly just viewed under the wall attachment while I was sitting in the tub. The bath counter seemed new and nice. The bathroom was also TINY. Hard to maneuver in. The room was blessedly quiet!! The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent."
