"The home was very clean, cozy and quaint, however it is next to a very busy highway of which the description states. I contacted the host because I had a question about check-in and couldn't find the key to the laundry room that has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The host was not very friendly and spoke in an aggravated tone. She told me to check the book for key location for the laundry room however this info was not in the book. My family and I were looking forward to...
