"Wow. We were not expecting such an incredible experience at what I thought was going to just be a room in a weird house.
Absolutely stunning, ultra modern, perfectly located property that is unlike any other I’ve ever visited. The beds were made of pure heaven & the pillows were divine. We were in cottage number 3, on the first level. Double shower heads, the biggest shower I’ve ever stepped into & remote controlled air conditioning that got ice cold. A mini fridge, free water, a Keurig, cups, creamers, nothing was missed.
Bearskin Neck is a short walk down a couple blocks of dreamy houses with flower filled yards & cute lanterns hanging from the trees. Everything about Rockport is idyllic. No vehicles allowed where all of the shops & restaurants are located. The little harbor is like a storybook, a short jetty for pictures & many little souvenir shops with kind & helpful locals.
Never seen any town quite like Rockport & staying at The Rockport House just made it more magical. Never been so enamored of a town in all of America.
If you’re up in the air about this place, just book it, you won’t find anything quite like it anywhere that I’ve seen & you won’t believe it until you’re there. Can’t wait to return & add a day or two to explore nearby Gloucester & visit their beaches."
