"Disappointed that the room we booked was not what we got. The pictures online were inaccurate otherwise. Also told the new policy for hilton was a self parking fee which if ridiculous. The room was clean but needs revamping. Curtains are toren and either there was maintenance happening at 6am or something with the mechanical room that was very loud to wake you up."

"First, this is a motel, not a hotel. It's also not that easy to access or even find. The first room they gave me was on the second floor, carried my luggage all the way up there (which was difficult at my age) only to discover the room had no electricity. The beds were comfortable and the room was well-equipped. The breakfast was just muffins/bagels and make-your-own waffles. They ran out of cream for the coffee. But the worst part of my experience was that the floor was filthy!"

Liked that after a long day of walking we were able to get an hour of hot tub/pool time. We had a suite that slept 7 and it was spacious. No one was on top of each other. We asked for extra towels at the front and they accomodated. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. It was a short but pleasant stay."

"Great"

"Great, welcoming staff showing true personal interest ensuring a wonderful stay. Beautiful flowers abound."

"Was given a bed where the bed sheets were clearly not changed from prior stay. We discovered this at 11 PM after coming back exhausted, all we got was sheets to fix ourselves. It was disgusting after paying so much for such a tiny room. I can see why cleaning crew doesn’t want to change them, it was hard in such a small room. The hotel is in a perfect location and has the basics for spending a day touring but lack quality control. Clean sheets are not negotiable. Worst experience I’ve had in a...

"The property has an excellent location in Salem within short walking distance to many areas of interest. Nice quiet room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was newly renovated and that was obvious. Everything was nice and new. Highly recommend this hotel for Salem."

"Clean room, convenient parking, very nice stay."

"Been here 5 times and will"

"Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff at the front were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are quite large and were very clean. The location is superb, being only a short 3 to 4 minute walk to Essex Street. I would highly recommend this hotel."
