"This is a lil gem of a hotel across from Beverly. The two young women at the front desk was professional & took care of all our needs. Manager got us a ice bucket. We were in the blue room it was spacious & the remodel touches made it nice. They were remodeling but it reallY didn't affect our stay. Good location to train station & downtown Salem. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks guys!!"

"We had a wonderful stay here and I absolutely loved the beautiful lobby area. What could have been a major problem for us turned out fine. When we got there, there had been a mistake made by the front desk and they had mixed up our reservation with someone else’s and given our room to them! "Lovely and graciously appointed room at the Bell Inn, very comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the water, coffee, tea and yogurt available in the common seating area, where a light breakfast of fruit and pastries was set out in the morning. Easy parking lot just next door; friendly staff."
