"It overlooked the water and grounds well groomed and charm of the retro/traditional historical Inn was very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and fun. We had a take out dinner and rather than go to our room to eat they turned on the lights in bar/fix easy dining area and we enjoyed our dinner and viewing the ocean. Also, appreciated outdoor games such as corn hole, horse shoes and many other family games offered in library. Nice touches throughout stay."

"The location is A+!!! The property is located right across from Front Beach. Access to surrounding towns is quick and convenient! The heart of the restaurants and shops in Rockport is a quick walk from the property, too! The property is newly renovated and beautiful, very clean and has a fresh look. Check-In is virtual and without staff, so co firm your details prior to Checking. There is no elevator and the stairways are a bit narrow, so pack light! Great stay !"

"The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. "Highly recommend this place for the Beverly Hillbillies. For what I paid, this was a massive ripoff. Although it was clean, I had a chair leaned up against my door, fearful of the level of clientele. The door had no safety features. There were no rugs in the entire room. "Rooms were clean. Only one elevator working for the three days we were there. This hotel is the”go to” for large groups. There were at least two different groups of teens there at the same time as us. May want to book somewhere else if you are looking for quiet."
