You get what you pay for. This was the cheapest rate I could find and the room and the facilities certainly backed that up. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The place is just rundown. Ripped screens, cigarette butts all around the outside, you definitely get what you pay for. If you want a place that’s cheap and quiet, this is the place. Just don’t expect a beautiful hotel.

the property looks to be in need of a redo. Carpets are dirty and it smells like bleach or some kind of carpet cleaning solution was used recently. The rooms look beat up, some kitchen stoves do not cover the cutout on the top, the protection from water to splash the wall is 2 where a repair happened and the caulk does not even match the color, it looks like a free one was given. missing remotes, missing mattresses from the sofa bed, no pillows/sheets provided for the sofa bed unless you walk to the lobby. Ahh Breakfast? is not breakfast, its just coffee and a quaker granola bar. Asking for utensils to use the kitchen: ahh our dishwasher is broken, so everything is dirty. Parking is fine, employees are great, they do as much with what they have but it seems that the company does not care mind you, this was right at the beginnings of their high season.

Its in an odd place in darked area and its outside is not great or well kept. We arrived late but female receptionist was kind. It was a big room but the hallways and general areas are not in great condition and its a bit unsettling due to fact that there seems to be long term tenants and in darkened cove - it just felt like more of low end temporary apartment housing than hotel. If you have a family I would be slightly concerned about the safety as my impression of tenants wasnt great.
