It was a little confusing when we arrived because we thought second level would be the 2nd floor but really it was the first floor. There is a recessed "first floor", so they consider it second level. We really wanted to catch the bus to get us to Rockport center because parking can be tough there. "The entire property is in worse condition than the pictures lead you to believe. It’s a motel not a hotel. The pool area had what looked like mold all around the steps area. Beds were in need of better mattresses. It was close to things which was nice but it is a very loud area and the walls/windows do not prevent the sirens and loud noises from disturbing you. Air conditioner rattled any time it was running."
