"The room smelled like mildew and mold. The carpet in the entry was soaked. I was told there was no other room. So they put a dehumidifier in the room which filled up within 2 hours. After having management come to the room I was moved to another room that had issues with the ac. The restaurant food was just fair and servers had to be reminded of items ordered Will not go back"

"There was a lot to like about The Cove, except for the check-in process which was unpleasant. I received one email saying there would be a second email with details for entry. The other emails I received were just offers to upgrade the room (?? Why?). So I figured it would work out when we arrived. However, upon arrival we found no human being available. I called twice and left messages, no call back. Then I sent an sns and finally got the entry code. I have the impression this facility is...
