"We will not stay any other place when we visit Gloucester! The staff is always super friendly and attentive, you can't beat the view, and the on-site breakfast cafe is our first stop every morning. The long review: PROS -Good view of the ocean. This is probably the best part of the hotel, and it's across the street from the walking path along the beach. "The best thing about this property is the location. It was a short walk (10 minutes or so) from Rockport Center and Bearskin Neck. The beach view and parking were great. Those things are certainly worth a premium, but I do not think it's worth the $419.99 per night pre-Memorial Day we paid. "It overlooked the water and grounds well groomed and charm of the retro/traditional historical Inn was very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and fun. We had a take out dinner and rather than go to our room to eat they turned on the lights in bar/fix easy dining area and we enjoyed our dinner and viewing the ocean. Also, appreciated outdoor games such as corn hole, horse shoes and many other family games offered in library. Nice touches throughout stay."

"Very nice comfy spot, only issue I had was the cord for the little desk fan didn’t work. Great spot other than that. Little pricey but it was Memorial Day weekend. Quiet and there were no interactions with any staff due to it all being through phone it was contactless"
