"This was a cost efficient place to stay on our way to Mass General from Maine. It did take us over an hour to get to the hospital because of traffic, but we left early enough to get to an appointment on time."

"We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...

Sadly the only downside was the bathroom is lacking in some key items. It would be helpful if there were hooks on the back of the door to hang things on. It would also be helpful to have a shelf to put toiletries, especially if there are more than one people. It would be nice to be able to heat hot water, not just coffee. "We started out with problems from the online check in. They said we were in #9 but in was occupied, so they set us up in #6, then the code wasn’t working to get in. After that things were good, till we left and checked out at 830 then in a couple hours later they said we didn’t check out. There systems needs some work. Great location"

"We had a wonderful visit everyone was so nice they had 3 parking options the room was beautiful and so clean ! Super comfortable bed also! Breakfast was also super nice got to try new things! So close to everything downtown we walked everywhere "

"Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!"
