"Customer service was horrible. Yes we was a big party but the lady was super rude. The beds were hard as hell. Tube was not clean. Seemed like they only cleaned the beds. It was a horrible experience."

"Nice clean room, convenient location, decor, furnishings, and bathroom fixturing is dated, but in good condition. Will be staying again as it’s a very affordable room with super comfortable beds, cold AC, WiFi, microwave, fridge, and a TV. Was worried it would be noisy as it’s close to a main road, but it was super quiet and I slept like a rock."

"They were obviously cutting costs! Everything was bare minimum or less. No microwave, beds were situated where only one bed could see the TV, ice machine didn't work, provided toiletries weren't sufficient to bathe a mouse, musty smell, no blankets on beds, heat/AC filters needed changed, restaurant/lounge had a lot to be desired (one bartender, no waitstaff, limited takeout type meals), and then I was overcharged, which I am disputing with my credit card company. I could go on....the view...

"this was a perfect stay for me. I was fishing two days and needed two nights stay. super clean, nice room, great bed, friendly at the front desk, quiet, easy parking and several entrances so you can get right to your car. I had a great stay."

"The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We stayed for 8 nights and on day 5 (we had not wanted it cleaned before then) I requested they clean our room and was told it couldn't be done that day because they hadn't planned on it. So it got cleaned the next day, as I was on the "schedule". The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful though. Breakfast was good, but it is the exact same thing everyday."

"Check in was a breeze. Our suite had more than enough space for a family of four and a baby. Rooms were clean, staff was very responsive, and we enjoyed the amentities."

"Upon arrival, our room had an odor of cat spray. I returned to the front desk and they got us in another room immediately. Our new room was clean and odor free :) The pool and the outside sitting area was not ready, so cannot rate those amenities. The fire alarm went off and we were unable to get back into our rooms afterwards, so we had to get new cards. No clue what happened. The Fire Department showed up and apparently it was a false alarm thank goodness. You must purchase your coffee and...

"The window on our room was not closing well, screen was missing . We reported it right away, but was not not fixed. They also did not not inform us that rooms are cleaned every three days (based on the day you check in), but the front desk person was very accommodating and gave us fresh towels and water bottles. Other than that, if you request for a room facing out to the front you’ll really get a nice view (highway included of course haha!)."
