"Love this hotel! The only down-side about our room was the bathroom. We were in room 239 and the room was nice and large and then we walked into the bathroom. The door just missed hitting the toilet. Beautifully appointed but absolutely no room. Extremely disappointing. "

"I had to book this hotel to attend my daughter’s graduation stayed for three nights. The check in was quit easy as I had checked in on line already. I asked for a room not on the first floor and I was told my room was one of most desirable rooms in the hotel. The hotel whole way did not have a fresh smell! It smelt of cigarette smoke. Curtains in the room did not look clean the lock on the French window looked like it was broken and never properly fixed. The TV did not work. I prepaid premium dollar and did not get my moneys worth. I was very disappointed!"

"Fine stay when in Roanoke. Hotel is easily accessible from the airport and the staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is standard, but room is spacious and has anything you would need for a short stay. Parking is also easy and plentiful. "

"I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. "

"Should have been made aware that the entire lobby area was under deep renovation. Breakfast in meeting room. Room was next the elevator - noisy! Room so small. Shower and toilet so close. Least favorite hotel rom design ever! Not worth $265 - !!!"

"The staff is phenomenal. They definitely put customer service ahead of everything else. The property is very clean and well maintained. The room we stayed in was updated and very well appointed. Everything worked as we expected. Plenty of fast food places close by, and more if you don’t mind driving to the other side of Troutville. There is a DG close by, and a Walmart across town (close). We ate at the Cracker Barrel near the hotel and it was very good. Please note: if you are staying for a short time, ask for housekeeping at the front desk. Not a big deal post COVID but just be aware. If you have a longer stay, they hit your room on the third day automatically. All things considered, I would absolutely recommend this Comfort Inn. 10/10"
