"Room was very dirty. Sheets were not clean, found dark brown stains, which appeared fresh, on sheet. Door lock did not work so we didn't even have a locked room as we slept. Found alot of hair in shower so it was evident that was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival."

"Awfully dirty inside. The fridge in our room had moldy butter in it. It should be illegal that this place is open. It ruined part of my vacation in Wyoming because of how disgusting our room was. Avoid unless you like sleeping on questionable bed sheets and being surrounded by other’s filth."

"This establishment is basically a do it yourself type place. No one in the office at 3:30 pm to check us in or for the rest of the night. Another guest filled us in on how to proceed. No staff whatsoever to ask questions to or point us in the right direction. Everyone had only a note on a board with your name and your room number and code to get in. It advised to look at a map to find your room or cabin. It said check out was 10 am with no exceptions. Also said they would not answer a phone call after 8 pm because they needed their sleep too. The cabin: floor was very uneven so it felt like walking downhill. Beds were way too soft. We both got very little sleep and woke up with a backache.There was a big cobweb behind the toliet. A note from a housekeeper that basically asked for an appreciation tip. The only time we saw anyone was when we were driving away just because she was checking to see if people had left. My opinion is they want to run a business without being there. What if we would have had an emergency or needed something in our room? Heaven forbid if it was after 8 pm because their sign said they wouldn't answer calls! There is questionable security as anyone could have grabbed those notes with the codes and gotten into any room. The other two parties that were there were just as confused and disillusioned as we were. We would NEVER recommend this place and certainly never stay there again. Quite a few other places in town that I'm sure would be ten times better."

"For some reason my room phone rang at 3:30am and again at 5:00am. I asked the front desk about it and they really didn't have an answer why. So I took my room phone receiver off the phone. I probably won't stay with this hotel again!"
