"The cabin was spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly. As locals, we were looking for a quick holiday escape with our adult children and older teens, and it was truly a lovely experience. However, I wanted to mention that we found it impossible to rent snowmobiles because we hadn't booked them in advance. "We had a great stay. We were going to arrive at 9:00 at night and called ahead and the gentlemen let me know how check in works. It was very smooth. The property was awesome! Definately better than any run of the mill motel. "

"I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price...

"Staff was smoking right outside the main entry. There was no blowdryer in the room, I had to go to the front desk to retrieve one. Sheets were dirty, had old grease stains on them. Ice bucket and bag were on the floor when I arrived. "
