Staff information was vague and the pool and hot tub were closed and they didn’t have any answers for us. That’s why we booked that hotel was for the pool and hot tub. The water pressure was very low and the chain on the toilet kept falling off had to fix it three times.

We had a terrible experience at our most recent stay. We ONLY chose to stay here because we have kids who were wanting to play in the pool. NOWHERE on their own site or the Expedia site did it say they were under construction and the pool/ice maker/etc. were out of service. I expressed our disappointment and even sent an email to the manager but have never heard anything back.

I always stay at this location and this is the first time I wasn’t impressed. The building is currently under renovations. There was a strong smell on the second floor, where my room was. Constant loud noise from the construction; workers moving things in and out of the building, the sound of a saw and other equipment being utilized early in the morning. Also, the constant slamming of doors as the housekeeper was cleaning- instead of propping the room door, she would allow the door to slam behind her as she would go back and forth from her cart to the room. I asked the front desk clerk if they notify guests before they book a room regarding the current renovations, I thought maybe I overlooked it. He confirmed that they do not.

The third floor of hotel is under construction so early morning, early evening, and daytime is crazy noisy. Overall hotel has poor insulation so you can hear other rooms too easily. People are nice.
