"Tub drained very slowly. We chose this location thinking we could walk to The Ark Encounter and save money on parking, but it is quite a ways and was too far for us to walk once we checked it out. Staff was friendly, it was clean , but walls were thin, we could hear TV in next unit when trying to retire for the night. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was honestly my favorite part, and the water pressure was better than anywhere I've been before. Each day we came back to clean towels, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. "

"We sleep in hotels over 100 nights a year and this is one of the nicest ones we have seen this past 3 years."

"We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. We ended up Ubering back to our car. This is the last time we'll waste our time with Holiday Inn. Room was also not very clean."

"Hotel was fine for what I needed. Comfortable room, shuttle to the airport and close enough to Cincinnati for the Red Sox Reds series. Breakfast was ok. A few hot items and the usual toast bagles and boxed mini donuts. No fresh fruit or OJ available. during my 5 day stay and no yogurt the last two nights."
