Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Gallatin

"a little dingy outside and in the room. the elevator was dirty and sketchy but the staff were professional, the breakfast was good, bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable"

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Our room was ok but the carpet in the hallway was dirty and pulling away from the floor. It was conveniently located for the sites that we wanted to see and staff was nice. Breakfast is your typical hotel spread. Ate breakfast elsewhere after first morning."

"I will never book this hotel or any other IHG hotel. The staff wasn't available for calls, concerns, and questions."

"Very nice hotel. The food was great"

"Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and fresh with several options to choose from! Will definitely stay here again if we travel back to that area! Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience all around!"

"The front desk staff was on a screen interacting with the guests from a remote location. It was very inefficient and customers were getting upset and annoyed"

""Welcome to our home!" was the overall impression of this quaint hotel. Feels like you stepped back in time, yet it has all the modern essentials and convinces you'll ever need. It has a friendly staff who encourages a social vibe in their non-traditional lobby. Although the property needs some cosmetic TLC, it is very clean and functional. Our room also included a full residential kitchen for our extended stay (6 days). I definitely will book again when in the area."

"It was ok. except the property was so close to Interstate, couldn't sleep because of the traffic noise. Especially the semi trucks barrelling down the road."

"Casino wasn’t too crowded but did have some construction going on, rooms could use some updating starting to show some wear and tear but we’re all very clean. Late night food/snacks options would have been cool or a microwave in the rooms, but the two restaurants we ate at were amazing."

"Stayed for two night, room was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. 30 minutes from The Ark Encounter. Would stay again. Thanks."
