Coffee in the lobby was never put out before 7am, when they cleaned the room on day 3 they didn’t fill the shampoo/conditioner or make the beds, towels were regularly unavailable at the pool, tv remote in one room didn’t work, too the employee over an hour to find a working remote, there was no blow dryer and employee had to take from another room. "Filthy property. Everyone except the sheets and towels is dirty. Do not stay here. Room smells of mold and the bathtub does not drain. Just awful. If you are used to the Quality Inn you brand will be very disappointed."

"Very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything worked as it should. No funny smells. The breakfast was better than most and was well stocked. The dining area was clean and well maintained. The property, overall, was very attractive and seemed to be well maintained."

"There is no one at the front desk. There's not really a front desk. During normal business hours, there was very often a sign on the door saying they "stepped out" and had a phone number to call. Outside of business hours, the place was completely unstaffed. I did not feel safe there. The 1st night, I had to take my dog outside around 2:15am. After we walked outside, a man appeared inside, directly in front of the door. I never heard a hotel door open or close. He was acting very suspicious....

"Worst hotel stay ever. There were roaches in our bathroom, we saw two of them as soon as we got there. The floors were still dirty. You could feel your feet sticking to them and also it made a weird noise everytime you stepped. We would have left, except there was a tornado at that point in time. This is not the hotels fault, but the tornado knocked out electricity and we had no AC all night and there was no breakfast (though we probably wouldn’t have eaten it anyway given the roaches.)"
