"The reason for a poor rating had to do with cleanliness. When we checked in, the room had crumbs on a window between the beds and sitting room area. The floors were not vacuumed since there was debris littered over several areas. There was also hair found on the ledge of the bathtub."

"The place smelled like cat urine, the upholstery was peeling off the chair, and the clerk was about as unprofessionally dressed as possible: pajama pants and an old t-shirt. She was actually out buying snacks and cigarettes at the convenience store when we were trying to check in, so we had to wait for her to come back. We went elsewhere and will never go to a Red Roof Inn again."

"I was bitten by bedbugs and personally observed them in the room. Due to the infestation, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Although the inn refunded my stay, I continue to suffer from allergic reactions caused by the bites. My greatest concern is that I may have unknowingly transported bedbugs to my home, resulting in additional stress, inconvenience, and potential expenses. It ruined our family trip."

"This property has a lot of character and amazing views. It’s not a new or fancy place but it was clean and it’s a great location. We were checked in by Kathy who was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor and had a lovely balcony with a small table and two chairs. We really enjoyed sitting out there and looking at the river, bridge and downtown.
