"We were not satisfied with the customer service at all. The television set in our room was not working. We called the main desk, and the person was already frustrated and did not want to do his job. After explaining that our TV was not working, he came up and played with it for a little bit. He knew the TV was not working, but played along like he was trying to fix it.
